Savills, one of the most prestigious international Real Estate Consultancy Firms, wants to hire a Capital Markets Analyst to become part of the Hotel Business based in Madrid office.

Responsibilities:

• Assistance in the execution of hotel transactions including sale and acquisiton of hotels and / or portfolios. Specifically, this professional will be focused on investment opportunities across Spain, Southern Europe and Mediterranean Region.
• Participating in business development / pitching activities. Execution of the commercial activities required for the assets acquisition mandates (commercial proposals, presentations, dossiers).
• Financial Analysis of investment and divestment opportunities, including existing hotels, conversion buildings, plots and operating platforms. Financial Modelling, such as DCF, comparable company analysis, capital structure analysis, etc.
• Advisory Services: participating in lodging strategic projects, including but not limited to commercial due diligence reports (buyside advisory), operator search and financing projects.
